To become a Senior Consultant one must accompany a Senior Consultant on multiple Needs Assessment projects and participate under the supervision of the Senior Consultant, in every aspect of the Assessment before qualifying as a Senior Consultant. Feedback from the client, quality of the report and observed performance by the leading Senior Consultant are the measures utilized to determine a Consultant’s eligibility to become a Senior Consultant. CMC Executive Managers approve all recommendations made by Senior Consultants as a result of a Needs Assessment or Customized Training program for any agency prior to being presented to that agency.
