CMC 's comprehensive leadership course is specific to the staffing industry and appropriate for various levels of management, from trainees to CEO's who share common goals and responsibilities. The course is presented in nine one-day sessions in a workshop setting, over a nine-month period.
Classes are spread out in order to allow participants to apply what is being taught and appropriately utilize all components of the training. Then, by exchanging ideas and experiences, participants are able to relate to the material and put it into practice, therefore achieving the objectives of the course.
COURSE SESSIONS:
All participants receive a course book and inserts for each class. Pre-reading is assigned in preparation for the material to be covered, and homework is assigned to give participants a chance to apply the material learned. Homework is reviewed by the CMC instructor and returned to the student with notes. This process allows students to retain and use the material. At the end of every class, owner/managers receive a written evaluation on each employee who participates in the program. Each class is limited to twelve participants.
To successfully complete the course students cannot miss more than one of the nine classes and must complete a Final Written Review. The CMC instructor will critique the Final Written Review and present each qualifying student with a Certificate of Award that includes ASA continuing education unit credits.
All CMC courses are accredited by ASA (American Staffing Association) for continuing education unit credits.
