Lynne began her career in the staffing industry when she joined one of the premier consulting firms in the Washington DC metropolitan area in 1976. Specializing in clerical and administrative permanent placement, Lynne became a leader among her peers and eventually took on management responsibilities. Her consulting success and leadership qualities led her into a position directing the efforts of a multiple office operation specializing in clerical, administrative, accounting support and executive search.
In 1988, she became a Vice President of one of California's largest temporary staffing companies. Her role involved the creation of a permanent placement division and the development and training of a management team for multiple offices on a national level.
By 1990, Lynne owned and operated her own staffing services company specializing in both temporary and permanent staffing. To increase bottom line profits and expand her company, in 1992, after conducting extensive market research, she opened a new healthcare specialty in physical, occupational and speech therapy. She designed customized sales, recruiting, management and training formulas that escalated sales dramatically - within three months of her second year in this specialty she increased sales by 92% from the first year.
Through her strong leadership abilities and consulting success Lynne has been instrumental in the growth and profitability of numerous companies worldwide by nurturing and training multiple levels of management and sales professionals. As CEO and owner of Creative Management Consultants and a former staffing firm owner, Lynne understands the challenges of ownership. She spends much of her time assisting CMC clients with elevating performance, expansion planning and implementing the "Creative Dynamic" formula that eliminates failure and increases revenue.
