CMC offers an array of in-house and web-directed recruiting programs. In-house programs are usually two days, but can be altered depending on specific needs. The first day consists of classroom training, individual and group exercises, role-play situations and question and answer periods. The second day consists of actual telephone calls using the information received in day one. Web-directed programs are custom designed to meet the specific dynamics of your group and can last from one to three hours and be spread over a period of time.
