Design Consultant
As the designer and owner of Eye Candy Grafix, Shane provides a unique integration of graphic design and marketing know how with an in-depth familiarity of the staffing industry, as well as corporate America.
While earning a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Shane worked as a recruiter for a top Washington, DC- based staffing firm. There, she gained experience and insight from both the direct hire and temporary divisions of staffing operations. She has since continued to merge the two industries while operating a graphic design studio established in early 1995. While holding a close relationship to her staffing clients, Shane has gone on to design for organizations such as WorldCom, Clark Construction, and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. In addition, her design work has been shown in The Washington Post, at The Washington Convention Center, Disney’s Epcot Center, various staffing publications and trade association magazines.
With over fifteen years experience in marketing and graphic design, Shane joined the Creative Management team in May 2004 as a design consultant available exclusively to their clients. Her area of expertise includes creating the concept and design for marketing, brand identity packages, corporate collateral and brochures, training literature, advertisements, and convention materials.
Her field offers an important element to the success of any competitive business in an area where many companies are lacking. She brings full circle our broad range of consulting services and expertise.
